Bolt and Nut Centre, a 35-year-old fastener and industrial supply business, needed a new website that captured its old-world charm and local community-service style of doing business but delivered modern customer-centric service and online purchasing options to its loyal and growing customer base.

The project was not a simple plug-and-play one and involved many hours of product file editing, checking, and data imports to get their entire catalog online. Every product needed an image and accurate pricing structure before going live.

The site offers a chatbot, contact forms, account application form, and of course the online shop, product search facility, and payment gateways.
